Daily standup for 2026-07-28. What shipped:
Two big features shipped overnight. The Connected-platforms card (#733, #735) is live on both the web dashboard and the WordPress plugin — billing platforms including MemberPress with real revenue/txn, community platforms with null metrics, all from observed sync data. Plugin 1.13.3 went out the door with it.
The email preference center landed (#706): working unsubscribe (tokenized, logged-out, RFC 8058 one-click), a Settings preference section with the two opt-outable product emails, honest footers on the locked security templates, and ?q= chat prefill from email links. The onboarding step-1 advance bug (#698) — wizard stuck after plugin connect — is fixed.
The headless error-monitoring + security-review agent shipped (#450). Five compounding bugs in the BigQuery error-query path were fixed before dry-run (#726), and the DB connection pool was bounded to Cloud SQL’s real capacity after a confirmed 2026-07-24 production incident (#725).
CI and deploy hardening: a unified prod-deploy orchestrator (#746) ships migrations → API → app+admin in order from one dispatch. The frontend prod deploy was previously ungated and unordered — that was the root cause of a real customer stuck on onboarding step 1 (#712). Help-link integrity now gates the CI build (#741).
Notable. ADR-0036’s coursecure engagement platform shipped to main without CEO sign-off, riding in on the WishList billing spec. Blair reviewed retroactively (#751): memberpress_courses and clubsuite approved, coursecure not launch-approved — code stays in main but is gated pending its own review (#749). Process note recorded: no third retroactive sign-off.
