)First test of HeyGen’s Video Agent (Creator plan, API access) for pre-launch social content, as an alternative to the avatar-free motion-graphics style used for the site hero videos (see content/launch/piece-1-teaser.md in caseproof/memberintel-marketing for the text-only version of this same teaser).
- Avatar: Seth’s HeyGen digital twin (
35da87bc92d344efb3e27960521b6788— portrait “Podcaster” look, groupe5ce268666144f26813642a37197de13), HeyGen-matched voice (not the ElevenLabs voice used elsewhere in the pipeline — HeyGen avatars lip-sync most reliably to their own trained voice). - Style: fast-paced kinetic typography over talking-avatar A-roll, dark navy/teal/orange palette, closing card (“Something’s coming. / Details soon.”) — no product name or screens shown, matching piece 1’s own reveal constraint.
- Iteration notes: first pass named no product category at all (too vague for a teaser); revised to hint “an AI advisor for membership sites” without naming MembersIntel. First cut also had no outro — added a closing card in a follow-up revision.
- Status: pilot / evaluation only — not yet approved for public use. Decision on whether to build out all pre-launch pieces (or just specific ones) in this style is still open.

Add a new dated section each time a new pilot or produced video lands, following the pattern above: video link, what it’s for, key production choices, and current approval status. Promote an entry to “no longer a pilot” once Seth/Blair sign off on public use.
