Stripe Pro billing shipped end-to-end. #299–#308 land the full billing stack: checkout + idempotent webhook, customer-mapping recovery, self-serve billing portal, daily reconciliation sweep (missed-webhook backstop), dunning banner with in-app card-update prompt, and lifecycle transactional emails (upgrade / cancel / downgrade). Prod go-live remains gated on counsel/Ally Roger sign-off. Runbook updated across #302, #306, and #311.
Brain observability expanded on two fronts. #310 ships the retrieval-event log (ADR-0032, Accepted for staging): a retrieval_events table records every candidate retrieval considered per answer — rank, score, surfaced, and cited — closing the funnel gap where “cited” silently meant “was in the top-k,” not “the model wrote [n].” #297 adds the coverage/gap CLI report: a category × question_type grid plus a ranked thinnest-cells list so a content lead can target authoring at gaps. Corpus is at 98 approved entries; Batch 5 (30 playbooks, #293) filled every previously-empty concept cell.
Admin SPA taxonomy filters are live. #292 wired platform and question_type into the API/CLI; #312 surfaces all seven taxonomy axes as labeled facet-chip rows in the brain browser, wired to the corpus filter params with active-toggle and filter-aware empty state.
Smaller items: #298 folds entry_performance refresh to a single CTE scan (a fix that was reverted out of a prior PR and now lands cleanly). #296 skips API redeploy on docs/markdown-only merges. #309 swept cohort figures from all 23 live playbooks — not just the three flagged in the issue. #313 removes a duplicate “Account” section from Settings left behind by the billing UI work. KB roadmap reconciled in #26.
Notable. The playbook de-identification sweep (#309) found the same cohort-attribution violation live in 23 approved, auto-publishing playbooks — not three. Fixing only the named files would have been a false close on a blocking-severity issue.
