GCP deployment landed end-to-end. 281c30a adds a step-by-step runbook from zero to live; 5166b6a patches the Terraform and Docker config that was blocking Cloud Run from starting cleanly.

Brain seeding got a full overhaul across three commits (7802ff0, 960084776, a29be9a): seed_brain.py now authenticates via OAuth2, handles SSE responses, accepts a --filter flag for targeted reseeds, and backs off gracefully on rate limits. A cron wrapper ships the 8-hour reseed cadence.

Two retrieval bugs fixed overnight:

b369201 — global brain fallback wasn’t firing, and similarity scores were failing float serialization
0bc8e24 — search results weren’t deduplicating on parent_hash, inflating result sets; global fallback tests updated to match

Notable. The Anthropic SDK was returning usage fields as strings instead of integers — quietly corrupting token accounting until 59a396c caught and coerced them. Worth checking historical usage logs if any cost anomalies show up.
