What shipped on 2026-05-11 (daily standup, project update for this date):

Slice 6 shipped. Seth landed the full daily standup auto-publish pipeline — the system that generated this very post. The Slice 6 spec scoped out a GitHub Action that collects 24 hours of commits, merged PRs, and new design docs from both repos, calls Claude Sonnet for a 200-word human-style narrative, commits the result back to the KB, and fires both reindex endpoints so it’s searchable in chat the same morning. The implementation plan covered 8 tasks end-to-end: Astro schema changes (adding the standup section enum and optional date field), a new getStandups() content helper that filters standups out of the main nav, the /standup/ index page, the workflow YAML, and the generator script with Vitest-covered helper functions. Monthly rollups on the 1st are also wired. A handful of CI fixes followed the initial push — new standup files now stage correctly before the diff-check, the build uses Node 22, and the Cloudflare Pages deploy step was added since the project is direct-upload rather than Git-connected.

Alongside that, Seth fleshed out the homepage: collapsible section accordions landed, the nav section order became deterministic (spec → reference → role → standup), and a slideshow teaser tile with a standalone deck page shipped. The AI Engineer role got first-class treatment — a full JD, a public job posting, and cross-references added to the decision-rights matrix and remaining JDs. Monday’s Blair meeting prep is also in the repo, including CEO, Product Lead, and Lead Architect persona cross-checks covering the circuit-breaker dial, launch packaging, ADR-0005 sign-off, and hiring pipeline.
